Juliana is our behind-the-scenes powerhouse—coordinating content, managing marketing strategy, and bringing big ideas to life with thoughtful design. She graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, with degrees in Business Administration–Marketing and Public Advertising. Now back in her hometown of Pella, Juliana combines her love of community, creativity, and organization in her role as Marketing & Content Coordinator at A&A.

A proud Dutch girl through and through, Juliana grew up celebrating Tulip Time and still dresses the part every spring. She's a passionate calligrapher, scrapbooker, and home decor enthusiast who dreams of becoming the next Joanna Gaines—thrifting, styling, and curating every corner of her space. She's married to her high school sweetheart, Jacob, and together they're excited to welcome their first baby in the upcoming year.

The oldest of three siblings, Juliana brings natural leadership, reliability, and an eye for detail to every project she touches. She loves game nights with friends, baking, cheering on the Pella Dutch, and being deeply rooted in the church she grew up in—now volunteering alongside Jacob and finding rich community in her adult life. Whether she's designing direct mail, managing social calendars, or brainstorming new campaign ideas, Juliana is the go-to for making it all happen.
